A major industrial manufacturer in the veterinary pharmaceutical sector partnered with MGA to gain deeper insight into the energy consumption and overall performance of its production plant. The project had a dual objective: monitor the performance of all skids across the plant and collect reliable data to support Industry 4.0 certification.

 

By integrating MascoDash, MGA’s real-time monitoring and analytics platform, the customer was able to quantify the operational benefits of the new installations. The solution connected over 10 skids from 5 different OEMs, enabling detailed tracking across key parameters.

Beyond the initial analysis, MascoDash’s scalability enabled the system to be extended to the customer's most energy-intensive equipment, ensuring long-term efficiency and certification readiness.
