It monitors all Critical Process Parameters (CPPs) to ensure compliance with Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs), reacting immediately to alarms or deviations to protect batch integrity. Any deviation is instantly detected and managed, allowing prompt intervention and complete event documentation.
All actions, values, and operator inputs are automatically recorded, structuring data to support Electronic Batch Records (eBR) and meet GMP and regulatory requirements. This guarantees full traceability, consistent product quality, and uncompromised process integrity.
