A renowned international cosmetics company partnered with MGA to enhance the performance and maintainability of its utility systems. The project integrated MascoPI, MGA’s conversational causal AI assistant for 1st level support, and MascoDash, the dashboarding and analytics platform for real-time performance monitoring.

 

MascoPI provides 24/7 support to the customer’s local maintenance team, offering fast guidance and reducing the need to open support tickets with the manufacturer. 

In parallel, MascoDash provided detailed visibility into plant behavior. In this case, the system identified a water inefficiency due to improper usage at a point-of-use. Once corrected, the machine’s performance improved significantly — recovering +18% in OEE.
