ANALYST /POST GRADUATE

Role overview

We are seeking a Graduate Analyst to support the execution of the Transformation Program across the business, covering all key functional areas, and to assist in M&A-related processes.

Transformation: Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of transformation initiatives across different functions; collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to gather data and support initiative development; assist with quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions and develop initiative plans; help preparing business cases, reports, and presentation materials; monitor project progress and performance indicators under the guidance of senior team members; contribute to team communications, workshops, and stakeholder updates.

M&A deals: Assist in M&A processes, including data collection for due diligence and preparation of supporting materials; coordinate with internal departments and advisors to ensure information sharing; support the creation of documents and presentations for leadership and board-level discussions; help track project timelines and ensure follow-up on key actions.

 

Education & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics or a related field
  • Internship or early work experience (0–1 years) in consulting, M&A advisory, corporate strategy, transformation, or related fields is a plus.
  • Interest in working in fast-paced, cross-functional corporate environments.
  • Exposure to M&A transactions or business transformation projects through internships or academic work is a plus.
  • Familiarity or interest in the B2B machinery sector or Pharma/Biotech industry is a plus.

  • Eager to learn and comfortable asking questions
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Organized with proactive attitude
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modeling is a plus
  • Clear and structured communication, both written and verbal
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating with others
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, familiarity with data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both writing and spoken
